The Dulcinea is a family-owned, luxury gullet (as ships are known on the Aegean) built by hand in the ancient tradition unique to the Turkish coast. It is built of fine hardwoods throughout, affording an aesthetic pleasure rarely encountered in today’s fiberglass boats.
The Dulcinea hosts 10 GUESTS in five comfortable cabins, each with a private bathroom. Passengers enjoy spacious fore and aft decks with shaded resting areas. Dining is usually al fresco, but occasionally in the intimate interior dining area. The boat is outfitted with the kind of conveniences and facilities which we believe will provide you with special comfort. The quality of our bed linens, bath supplies, silverware and crockery, tea service and many other of the small pleasures in life, will delight you. Measuring 27 meters (89 feet) in length, the Dulcinea was designed to bring the best of both the modern and traditional worlds. The weight and sound-proofing quality of the wooden structure, the classic design, and the frequent use of sails makes the voyage amazingly stable and quiet–a rare boating experience.
